Get to know me
My fascination with computers began early in life, making Information Technology (IT) a clear choice as my major when I entered college. In today's world of ever-evolving cyber threats, I've focused my studies on cybersecurity.
When I'm not working, you can find me cheering on my favorite SEC football team, the Georgia Bulldogs, every Saturday. I also enjoy playing golf with my stepdad whenever I get the chance. While I haven't scored a hole-in-one yet, I did get an eagle by holing out from 130 yards on a par 4.
In high school, despite achieving significant academic success, I ranked just barely within the top 15% of my graduating class. Determined to excel in college, I devoted 110% effort to my studies, leading to a successful graduation from Coastal Carolina University with Summa Cum Laude honors, an achievement earned by less than 1% of students. Due to maintaining a 4.0 GPA during my first two years of college, I was awarded scholarships and grants that fully covered my tuition for the final two years! In my senior year, I was honored with the Information Technology Outstanding Student of the Year award, which remains my proudest achievement! (The picture on the right is me receiving this award from the President of CCU and the Dean of the Gupta College of Science.)
As I embark on my career, I am eager to carry forward the same dedication and mindset that brought me so much success during my college years. Below you will find a mantra I live by from someone I idolized growing up.
The Mamba Mentality: "The mindset isn't about seeking a result — it's more about the process of getting to that result. It's about the journey and the approach. It's a way of life"
